The farm treats only grapes coming from its vineyards: in this way each step, during the production phase, can be under control. The grapes oenological potential is kept thanks to meticulous checking during wine-making and also because highly technological systems are used. The main devices adopted are: soft pressure, fermentation at controlled temperatures, use of stainless steel tanks, maturing in French oak barrels, filtration and stabilization, automatic bottling without oxygen. These methods are adapted according to the characteristics of the different wines produced.
