These characteristics shape the cultural identity of this wine-producing farm, “Aia dei Colombi”.
“Aglianico” and “Falanghina” are two grapevines of ancient origins. They have been spreading
for a very long time in the area of Sannio, near Benevento, and today they have developed their potentialities at their maximum.
Here, the production process shows great respect for nature : this is not an obligation to comply with, but rather the means
which allows the exaltation of wines recognizability.
