“Aia dei Colombi” is an area located on the hills, through large vineyards. The farm was created
in 2002 and represents the effect of a consolidated rural tradition, which is based on the Pascale family’s passion
for vineyards and wines. Its aim is to combine typicalness with quality in the production of wines: all that to emphasize
the great and natural aptitude of the Sannio, an area around Benevento, for vine growing.
All the cultivation methods are conscientious and geared towards the protection of the environment: it is the principal factor
for wines recognizability, thus its preservation is fundamental as guarantee of typicalness in the course of time.
Only grapes coming from the farm vineyards are worked in the cellar, so that every production phase is under control.
Besides, by making a selection in each vineyard, the wines gain an unmistakable identity.
