The olive grove stretches out over an area of 2 hectares, which contains 600 plants of “Racioppella” and “Ortolana” (two local varieties).
Olives are treated by means of a continuous cycle system, which can assure a fragrant and full-bodied oil.
With the best lots of olives, entirely designed to be bottled, the farmers produce the extra virgin olive oil “Colli Guardiesi”.
This type of oil is delicately fruity, with some apple and herbs marks, associated to a sweet taste, revived by light spicy sensations.
